Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print.   Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum.

The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Metal prints are extremely durable.   They're lightweight.  They won't bend, and they're water resistant.

#041414-A, "State with Growth" 8 x 8 piece of collage art with a 2” white mat to the final size of 12 x 12 ready for you to slide into a nice 12 x 12 frame.

Materials Used: 140lb. Watercolor paper, polymer medium, acrylics, painted and printed deli paper, painted drawing paper, Image transfer letters with acrylic glazing and wax pastel crayons, sealed with a layer of UV satin varnished.

Meaning behind the art: Its spring as it says on the calendar and well I’ve run in contact with more grumpy people, men and women that I’m not sure people are aware of themselves and how their acting. Might they still be stuck in the hibernation mode? At one point I had to stand up for an elder worker in the local Walmart, when a customer started to yell at her for gosh knows why and wanted McService…but I wondering if we all need a moment to find a “state of growth” in ourselves and be a bit more mature.

Bio Laura Lein-Svencner was raised in Downers Grove IL not far from her grandfather’s farm and resides now Darien Illinois for the past 30 years. She’s continued with her personal studies in drawing, printmaking, sculpture, papermaking and collage. Seeking inspiration from one artist to another, Laura has pursued her love of paper; this steady pace of exploration has led her to become a member of many local and international collage groups.
